How is child maintenance supposed to work?
If children spend 3 days a week with their dad and 4 days a week with their mum, and dad pays child maintenance to mum as calculated by the Child Maintenance Service, and mum gets all child benefits, what happens beyond this?
Who pays for regular out of school activities (i.e. clubs they do every week) and school uniform, given that some activities will be on days that they are with their dad and likewise uniform will also get worn on days they are with their dad, and not just when they are with their mum?

Well legally the NRP only has to pay the amount set by the cms.
