To not comprehend how anyone can listen to the news and think 'well done Tories, you're doing a great job''

I've listened to the news all week and just heard that Brexit is a shit show, schools are in crisis, there is a policing and social crisis and NHS satisfaction is at an all time low.

I realise that all governments have issues,
however, I honestly don't understand how anyone can think 'thumbs up Theresa, keep it up. I'm deffo voting for you again. You're doing a grand job'.

Please tell me something positive they are doing before I slip into a deeper despair!!!

Don't forget the transport system... slow hand clap Tories

That's cos no one thinks that.

Lots of people just vote for the least worse candidate at each election to ensure the worse candidate doesn't or is less likely to get in. Saying that one of my siblings dislikes his MP, who has a massive majority so much, he didn't vote in the last GE.

Failing Grayling. Everything he touches turns to shit.

I don't know anyone who thinks that. But equally it appears to be the case that the official Opposition are just as crap and I've yet to find anyone who thinks they'd actually be any better if they were in power.

I don't know anyone who thinks that. But they all think Labour are worse.

Isn't it more of a "doing a reasonable job and a lot better than the Corbyn alternative" for most people?

The conservatives are and always my party. Sometimes hard decisions have to be made for the good of everyone.

Nobody I know thinks this. Everybody I know thinks Labour would be in power now were it not for Corbyn and McDonnell.
Surprised the Labour ranks haven’t figured this out by now

I wish the tories were doing an at least reasonable job. As it is, they seem to be on a mission to trash the country. The economy, transport, health, education, universities, local councils, international relations, policing- it’s almost impressive the mess they’ve made in 9 years. It’s true that we have no decent opposition though, Corbyn has been a complete disaster for labour. Think I’m voting Monster Raving Loony party at the next election.

Least worst option isn’t it with current Labour leadership and shadow front bench..

As you say all governments have issues. Just go back and look at what’s happened in previous governments. Remember the note the labour government left saying there was no money? That was then the starting point for the next conservative government. Everyone always seems to have such short memories. And I would prefer this government to a Marxist Corbyn government when we really would be up shit creek

Maybe because labour are shit and they are currently run by an absolute incompetent shithead who would send this country back 1000 years if he had the chance?

I like Corbyn...im in the minority though. Im not buying the anti semitism, ani women crap.
The Tories are anti poor, disabled, education, police...any kind of public fundng basically

Whatever you think of Corbyn as a person, he is utterly incompetent as a leader.
Labour brought us through the financial crisis. Could you see the current government managing that? I can’t.

I thought Jacob Rees-Mog was in the Tory party?

I don't see any coherent impressive politicians on either front bench. There are some Labour MPs who impress me, as there are some Tory MPs who impress me.

I have no issue with Labour as a party. I live in one of the longest held Tory seats in history and work where it switches from Lib Dem to Tory every other election. Labour doesn't exist.

What, as opposed to brexit?! That will be remembered for a hell of a lot longer than labours 13 years.

Imo this has been the most destructive and divisive government of my lifetime, and I lived through the Thatcher years.

The burden of austerity has fallen on to women and disabled people, the Tories are systematically dismantling all social systems, the NHS, housing, and workers rights.

Corbyn wanted brexit and did absolutely nothing to explain to trad Labour supporters why it was a bad idea. He did fuck all. I'll never forgive him for that and he makes me physically sick with his mealy mouthed criticism of the government now, when he actually once had the power to stop brexit and didn't.

They are the most incompetent government in modern Uk history
However, Corbyn & his cabal lead the worst Opposition in history
What a godawful choice for voters

Child poverty dropped, the country was less divided economically, no food banks, more refuges, far fewer homeless ....I suppose it depends on your measure....

But yes, whatever you think of Corbyn, and he’d be shit as PM. This current lot is putting party above country.
