Light hearted.
Every eve dp plays with dd when home from work and had dinner.
Then I bath her, he clears up.

I jump in shower or bath and he gives her bottle story ans bed.

Tonight he didn't pack the toys away and watched last night match highlights.. I have no issue with this. So dd got out Bath and was excited her toys were still out when normally wind down time.
He's then played more but made her very excitable.. Its so cute because she was giggling away and could hear them messing about.

So now he's attempting to pack toys away.. To sort her bottle.. And shes now being a grump as the fun stopped. He's saying shall we go and find mummy.. That will cheer u up.. I bolted up and locked the door of bathroom haha.
She's having none of it and he's trying to settle her.. I'm laid here thinking well you made her hyper you deal with the consequences

Of course ill jump out in a bit but this is my only me time today..

Glad I'm Not the only one.
Dp does put her to bed most nights unless for any reason he's at work.
All has gone quiet, I'm going wrinkly. I'll get out in a sec lol.

Brilliant OP, as soon as I read "shall we go find Mummy" I knew it meant...."so she can deal with this" Grin

Yeah it would be so she stands at the side and gabbling away at me. But when this preciously happens, she puts her arms to the water and ends up with wet sleeves or front. Then change pj's again!

She's now in bed asleep I just got out.. And chirpily said 'that sounded like you had a fun time' lol

DH does the ‘shall we go find mummy’ thing, it’s infuriating!. But I do the same on the weekend mornings just to get back at him. Definitely enjoy you’re bath time, I’ll be doing it tomorrow, we all deserve some time to ourselves
