AIBU to be really feckin angry re this?!

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this however I know it gets a lot of traffic...& I need MN wisdom on this one! I have just been called into an office at work by my line manager to have a chat. It transpires that whilst I was off on holiday (returned to work Monday) 2 of my colleagues have complained about my skin. I have Scalp Psoriasis and have had it for 25+ years sadly. In this time I have tried everything to reduce this however it is not curable just controllable. Apparently they are no longer comfortable sat either side of me due to flakes on my desk (which I am very mindful of and ALWAYS clean my desk and keyboard before I leave - not that there ever is a lot as it mainly falls on my clothes!) as it gets on their clothes and in their bags. He said therefore I have 2 options - A. Move to the end of the row (where there is nobody else opposite this desk or anyone sat to the side so there would be a full desk gap between myself and the 2 complainers) Or B he was like "erm, ..." to which I replied "What else are you suggesting?" and he gave me a worried look. I said well I feel I have no choice to move desks and then be on my own rather than among the team. He said OK do you want to go home for the rest of the day? I said why because of my Psoriasis? I am SO embarrassed! I have worked with these two women for 5 years and nothing has EVER been mentioned. However what upsets me the most is that I have to move desks because of my medical condition - and to add insult to injury stress makes it worse!! What can I do oh wise Mumsnetters? Can they do this?!
