... when they have one 11 month old daughter?

Flower3554 Sun 01-Jul-07 15:45:08

Perhaps they are fed up with sleepless nights, teething etc and they're gonna bounce her into outer space.

vomit through fabric from 11 month old

TenaLady Sun 01-Jul-07 15:45:46

Like me they probably got it for themselves

McDreamy Sun 01-Jul-07 15:46:06

Maybe she wants to improve her pelvic floor

SoupDragon Sun 01-Jul-07 15:46:46

Well, your name is appropriate TL

SoupDragon Sun 01-Jul-07 16:52:48

Hahahaha! Ours is going to be a 14 footer. <<sticks tongue out at neighbours>>

Oh I'm so pathetically competitive...

snowwonder Sun 01-Jul-07 16:57:37

maybe they want it for excercise ... have you seen anyone on it?

lisad123 Sun 01-Jul-07 16:59:03

well depends on 11 month old to be honest, maybe shes well ahead of herself
Maybe it was cheap and they thought buy it this year and hopefully be ready for it next year.

pfb sydrome - your basic trampoline is for lesser children

just you wait till they build the Olympic size swimming pool and install a funfair

earlgrey Sun 01-Jul-07 17:01:33

Well, we left it 'till they were 3 and 4. And it was a bit bigger to accommodate a friend. But I wouldn't be hacked off about it.

earlgrey Sun 01-Jul-07 17:03:04

And they could've got the bigger version

belgo Sun 01-Jul-07 17:05:59

maybe they having other children in the family who will use it regularly.

StarryStarryNight Sun 01-Jul-07 17:07:22

Maybe they want to store things UNDER it? Shelter bikes, or lawmowers from the rain?

Or maybe they want to look what is in YOUR garden?

SoupDragon Sun 01-Jul-07 18:23:21

Oh, don't get me wrong, obviously I don't have a problem with them having one (and there are older friends'/family children too), it just made me giggle to myself and wonder

Do you live in DHE MQs by any chance? They practically grow there....
