Just made scrambled eggs on toast (two eggs, no milk) and they barely featured on the second piece of toast. Is three eggs too greedy?

I use 3 medium eggs for one when making scrambled eggs.

2 or 3 eggs per person

I use 2 because they fit just right on the toast I have, but have recently upgraded omelettes to 3 eggs, as new pan too big for 2. I’d say large toast is a reasonable reason to use 3 eggs Smile

I have 2 eggs if they're with something else, 3 (Maybe even 4 if they're small) if they're the main feature like just on toast. Not greedy at all!

YABU to not put some form of milk in them though, you animal! Wink

2 x large eggs for 1. 5 x large eggs for 2.

I use 2 eggs with a splash of milk. I always buy large, free range.

I’d use at least two large eggs or three medium. Even if I’m adding in a splash of cream which I do for my skinny boys!

Add a splash of water instead of milk, it steaks and makes the scrambled eggs fluffy, same with an omelette.

If I were just cooking for me, I’d have one piece of toast with one egg, scrambled.

2 eggs per adult. Toddler DD has 1 egg

2 usually, but only a tiny tiny splash of milk. I don't like too much milk as it seems to make the eggs very runny. A knob of butter and pinch of salt and pepper too.

2 for 1, 3 for 2.

3 eggs with a bit of milk for scrambled egg .

3 each. Size varies as we get the "random sizes" family box.

It's weird when you think about it - I wouldn't have a row of three boiled eggs with soldiers.

two if I'm in charge, three if DP is. No milk, it makes them split. Sooooo much butter though. So much butter.

I have a slightly underweight fussy 7 year old who I made scrambled eggs with 3 eggs for yesterday - it's one of his few favourites and 3 was the right amount for him...
