When you are having sex with your partner?

I’m doing an informal survey on behalf of my twat of a husband who told me that the attached pyjama bottoms are not sexy enough bedtime attire for me to wear for when I get in to bed, on the off chance that we may have sex (we are ttc so that’s happening more regularly than normal at the moment)

Am I unreasonable to wear something like this before bed or even god forbid, TO bed, when i know intercourse is on the cards?

to ask how many of you actually dress up nicely in bed

I'd be sleeping with someone else tbh

I'd use those as a method of contraception. But I see you're trying to conceive, so...

If I know we are going to have sex I don't put anything on. I can't be arsed taking it off again!

No point it ends up on the floor after 2.5 seconds Wink

What’s your husband wearing to bed that’s sexy for you? He should be putting in the effort too!

I don’t generally wear pjs but when I do they’re very similar to yours! I agree it sounds like he’s being a twat. Does he dress up for bed? Doubt it.

When I was with ex, who treated me quite badly, to be fair to him on this point, he would have fancied me in whatever I wore and I always wore comfortable stuff to bed. To demand you dress up is not in the spirit of a loving rs imo.

First child conceived whilst wearing stockings, suspenders, high heels.... Second child - big pants and towelling dressing gown. Make the most of it!

How about you make a hole in a seam, then you don't even have to bother with taking them off !

Certainly don't 'dress sexy' for bed. Usually remove PJ bottoms (get too hot) and just wear normal cotton nightie.

I find that if I wear pyjamas during intercourse it makes it really quite difficult to actually get the cock in

I don’t dress up but do sleep naked (though slightly feral bush probably counts as a garment by this stage of the autumn Blush ). Wear similar pjs for slouching around the house in the evening/early mornings though. They’re fine.

I think this is crazy, since when do men feel it's ok to tell women what to wear in bed. I love comfy baggy pjs

If you took scissors to them you could make them crotchless pj bottoms? Would that help him get it up? Fuck that.

Wear what ever I like, old nightie and big pants usually! The days of dressing up are long gone!

Any man who told me how I should dress for him in bed (or anywhere else) would be sleeping in the spare room.

Possibly the shed.

It’s not about the clothes! For me and d.p it’s far more relaxed and natural when we are laughing and enjoying eachothers company sat in pjamas!

My dh counts himself lucky if I take my bright pink fluffy pj top off at all! Grin Tell your dh that you want to see him dress up for you first, then you will consider it. I feel for you with the hell that is TTC sex. (Lighthearted) FlowersCake

Every man I've ever slept with all 3 of them has not cared what I wore in bed as it gets removed pretty swiftly anyway....

In the very early stages of living with an ex I made a huge effort every night. He was a cock though, grade A nobhead and once we split I vowed to myself to be myself in future relationships. Sometimes it's nice to dress up, but 99.9% of the time ESPECIALLY on a cold Monday night in October it's fine to just be comfy in whatever you want to wear. Crude but they aren't going to stay on throughout are they, what does it matter. Ugh, wear what you want, he's a tool if he's making you feel crap for otherwise x

Tell him you'll wear something more appealing if he wears a full, nicely fitted suit to bed every night sex is expected - one of the sexiest things a man can wear so he's putting the effort in too. Id rather procreate with someone less twattish tbh, he sounds a right catch

OH could nip down Primark get you a few new pairs more to his liking?!

He sounds a bit weird. Does he normally pass comment on what you wear? Red flag tbh

They're grand for lounging about, but if sex is more frequent, why would you not whip them off before getting into bed?
