The naming of cats is a difficult matter
It isn’t just one of your everyday games
You may think at first I’m as mad as a hatter
When I tell you a cat must have three different names

Doggy was my cats name, we had him from the day he was born and he died she 20 in his sleep curled up in his basket. He was the most amazing ginger Tom. I even gave my first child his name as a middle name Blush

Peoplemaynoticeus did you really give your ds Doggy as a middle name?

More seriously I think you need to narrow down what “type” of name are you looking for? For a cat it could be actually anything....
A nature name
An element
A precious mineral / gemstone
Named after a person (eg Pankhurst!)
Greek mythology
Egyptian god name
A made up name
A very human name for comic effect (eg Dennis)

It depends what you like

My Mum told me she once adopted a semi-feral cat and called her Meowli. I always thought that was quite a cool name!

Ah I get it now...Soggy would be a great name for a cat though.
We had a seal point Siamese called Rover.

Puddykat is all that is required, ask any cat. Maybe a bit of 'come on' and 'mwah mwah mwha' otherwise, well, good luck...
