In Kitchen with DS tidying, turned my back and when I looked back at him he had the container for the e liquid in his mouth.

It wasn't open, just had some around the outside of the container, I took it straight out of his mouth and binned it (didn't even know I had it).

I think he's been sick a little bit. He seems fine but I'm worried now.

Has he been sick or not? I'm confussed as to why you've said you think he's been sick. How can you not know for sure.
Also, how old is he?
If a child has been in contact with a toxic liquid and eaten some then yes, you should seek medical advise asap.

He was sick a very very small amount.
It was more around his mouth than any sick going anywhere.

He is 14 months old.

I have a very dim view of parents who don't get medical advice for their children after an accident. Accidents happen, and noone will judge you for that, but not calling for medical help is shitty parenting

This drives me nuts. Why on earth waste 25 mins on here looking for opinions. If you phone 111 and they don't think any medical attention is needed they're not going to send you a huge bill for wasting their time.

I wouldn't even think twice. I'd have been on the phone to my GP or 111 when it happened. I wouldn't be fannying about asking people I don't know for advice on what to do
