Probably.

Sitranced Sun 10-Jun-18 19:54:54

They're not made of geese so don't worry if you're vegetarian.

Flatearthersphere Sun 10-Jun-18 19:55:31

No, I think YANBU.

MyKingdomForBrie Sun 10-Jun-18 19:55:46

YABU to worry about them, just never think about them, they’re not worth the headspace.

iklboo Sun 10-Jun-18 19:56:01

Are you worried they're lonely?

ThePinkOcelot Sun 10-Jun-18 19:56:13

Are you drunk?!

NoSquirrels Sun 10-Jun-18 19:56:34

Hairy sour balls. YANBU.

PositiveVibez Sun 10-Jun-18 19:57:09

Do you mean the berry, or a third wheel?

KitXi Sun 10-Jun-18 19:57:59

Me too. One of them looked shiftily at me three weeks ago and I haven't been quite the same since.

TheEmojiFormerlyKnownAsPrince Sun 10-Jun-18 19:58:27

I worry because l don’t like them.Would this make them paranoid?

Maelstrop Sun 10-Jun-18 19:58:44

Because you have too many? Because they’re sour?

StormcloakNord Sun 10-Jun-18 19:59:11

YANBU.

I had a bad run in with one a few years ago & it scarred me for life.

The3 Sun 10-Jun-18 19:59:15

Sorry, pressed post too early - I do worry about them being unwanted.

ToeTouchingTitties Sun 10-Jun-18 20:00:18

Don’t worry Goose and his berries were only acting on Top Gun

Lekky12 Sun 10-Jun-18 20:00:53

WTAF?!

mmmgoats Sun 10-Jun-18 20:01:27

YABU they never worry about you, I can assure you,

Littletreefrog Sun 10-Jun-18 20:02:43

Ooh I like gooseberries but I agree most kids these days have probably never had one. Who do we write to?

missyB1 Sun 10-Jun-18 20:06:32

YANBU I love them and miss them, I never see them anymore sad

Oh for a gooseberry tart and custard! Oh and gooseberry jam on homemade bread (I’m drooling now).

The3 Sun 10-Jun-18 20:08:59

Nobody wants them. When did you lady welcome a gooseberry into your home?

Maelstrop Sun 10-Jun-18 20:11:34

This very thread is running elsewhere. Many suggestions re fool, crumble and freezing them abound. Giving them away is an option. A guy at work used to bring in his excess vegetables. Snigger.

SparkwoodAnd21 Sun 10-Jun-18 20:13:34

I’ve been dreaming of gooseberry ice cream lately. Does such a thing exist? I want it to.

BitOfFun Sun 10-Jun-18 20:13:39

I'm growing gooseberries on my allotment. They're almost ready, and I CAN'T WAIT. Love them.

Theworldisfullofgs Sun 10-Jun-18 20:14:43

I make gooseberry crumble ice cream...

iklboo Sun 10-Jun-18 20:16:44

A guy in work asked us if we all wanted some of his big pink stick of rhubarb.
