I've been accused of stealing a dog!

A message was being shared of a dog going missing in our area. It was a beautiful dog and I commented as such and said I would keep an eye out. The OP replied with some more info so I asked if he was microchipped and advised them to call local vets to advise them of his disappearance. It's a big dog, a breed that would be desirable to wrong uns and I suggested it had probably been stolen. I shared it on my Facebook.

Someone else has now commented that my replies suggest that I have the dog and am trying to find out info in order to cover my tracks.

I'm so pissed off! Was only trying to help now I feel like I'm under suspicion all over bloody Facebook!

It went missing around the corner from us two days ago. I think it's legit but wish I'd not bothered trying to help. As if I'd nick a dog and then share it on my own bloody Facebook page and draw as much attention to it as possible! I mean, I'm not into stealing dogs but if I was, I'd like to think I could do a better job of it than that! Thick cow. She's not one of my Facebook friends, she's just commented on the shared post so everyone in the area and beyond can see it. Great!

All dogs have to be microchipped by law, unfortunately it doesnt stop thieves, I like iklboo retort, but it was probably the butler!
