Why am I so awkward?!

Moved into a new houseshare yest with two others, both older guys (I'm a girl in my twenties). It's super fancy so am not really used to it tbh, and quite stressed as studying for an exam. Anyway I wandered to the shops today and as I came back (knackered, v stressed, muttering to myself about what I have got to do) and one of the guys was behind me at main door. I saw him just as door closed - and proceeded to stomp up stairs as fast as I could, fling upon the front door and run up to my room with all my shopping like a FREAK. I don't know why, I just panicked and was not in the mood for social interaction! Do I mention next time I see him? I was thinking just bright and breezy and maybe offer them both a beer next time we're all in? It's my first time sharing with just older guys and it's an unknown quantity!

I don't think he saw the above btw, but he must have heard me quicken my pace, so at the very least I looked odd and antisocial!!!

I'm sure he didn't think anything of it, people don't notice us as much as we think they do!
No need to mention anything because that would seem a bit odd if he hadn't noticed. Just carry on as you are and like you say offer a beer or cup of tea when you put the kettle on. I spent my 20s thinking the world was watching my every move and really, the world isn't even looking in my direction most of the time!
