My son was grabbed by his plaster cast by a supply teacher she didn't call out to him or warn him when he called out in pain just stared at him he has witnesses any advice to take I've obviously contacted the school

It depends on the context. If there was a safety issue and the teacher just grabbed the nearest part of him would be understandable whereas a teacher who had just lost their temper wouldn't.

You need to let them investigate and then make a decision as to how to move forward.

It's a bit strange that you don't say why the teacher grabbed him, like she did it for no reason whatsoever, which, to be honest, sounds unlikely.

What @Soapboxqueen said. You don't say how old your son is, the circumstances, what happened etc. The supply may have had grounds for grabbing him if he was being unsafe to himself or others.

You speak to the school and let them investigate.He may not have told you the full story and if his witnesses are his friends they are quite likely to give the same version as him. If she grabbed him with no warning and no imminent threat of danger to him or from him then it seems to be completely unreasonable but give the school chance to investigate.

There's no actual reason other then he was facing back of classroom she neither spoke or called out just came straight up behind him and pulled him round by his wrist which has a half cast due to a box break which was manipulate back into place if he was violent or aggressive I would understand but he didn't even speak which the school has completely back up his story along with the children in the classroom

Facing the back of the classroom if everyone had been asked to face the front and he had purposefully ignored that request, is rude.

However, then grabbing him by the cast to get him to face front is not acceptable.

The school verifyed his story to day one thing my son is actually to honest but I did questions it myself but the school and children say exactly same story. I don't think it's right behaviour from a teacher without probably cause

She should have asked him to move first, and grabbing the plaster cast was risky.

If the school are supporting your son's version of events, have they said how they will address this - e.g. feedback to the teacher? Or are they saying, yes it happened, but we don't think there was anything wrong in what the teacher did?

That's all that happened he was facing back of classroom no warning or asked to face front even once she grabbed him and he'll called ouch she just stared at him the school verifyed his story and said they are investigating with the agency

They agreed with witness that say exactly same version as my son that it happened and have said are investigating with the supply teacher agency I think her behaviour is unexceptable if he was aggressive and it was to defend yourself that's different but no reason is not on
