Just came across this on another thread.

So many questions.

OP posts:
CMOTDibbler · 21/05/2018 22:27

Why would I need to? I'm confused...

Haudyerwheesht · 21/05/2018 22:28

I have never bleached my door frames however maybe I should. I had never cleaned my walls either until we got a spaniel and 2 children and now I could do it daily and they’d still be grubby.

Ohmydayslove · 21/05/2018 22:28

I saw that too!

I have no idea. Mind boggles Grin

bluemascara · 21/05/2018 22:28

Lol I had the same thought. I don't think I've ever ever bleached my door frames

I read that. I'm really stressed now. I have enough on my to do list as it is, now I have to add bleaching door frames to it. Does everyone else do this and I just didn't know? Confused

bluerunningshoes · 21/05/2018 22:29

since when are you supposed to bleach doorframes?
madness.
I don't tend to lick them, an occassional yearly wipe down is all they ever need get

DesignedForLife · 21/05/2018 22:30

YANBU

Haggisfish · 21/05/2018 22:30

Grin yanbu.

InDubiousBattle · 21/05/2018 22:30

I use zoflora on mine, and I wipe down walls. With two toddlers, they get dirty.

Unfinishedkitchen · 21/05/2018 22:30

Why would you do that? I sometimes go over the door handles, staircase handles and light switches with Dettol though.

FissionChips · 21/05/2018 22:31

Sounds like a euphemism for anal bleaching .

bluerunningshoes · 21/05/2018 22:31

...and then there is an article on the beebs that too clean environment could cause cancer...

AnneLovesGilbert · 21/05/2018 22:32

Grin

I saw that and proper chortled.

LEELULUMPKIN · 21/05/2018 22:32

Thank God I am not alone! I saw that and thought wtf?

Yarboosucks · 21/05/2018 22:32

Which thread?

Why would you use bleach when Zoflora exists?

Ohmydayslove · 21/05/2018 22:32

And wouldnt it strip off the paint or varnish?

EqualityIllusion · 21/05/2018 22:33

I saw that too, and felt like a right slattern 😂.

wakemeupbefore · 21/05/2018 22:33

A good dose of varied 'germs' are good for young un's.
Better than previously assumed

AdoraBell · 21/05/2018 22:34

Fuck no, I CBA with such goings on.

Titsywoo · 21/05/2018 22:35

Fissionchips Grin

I think people have too much time on their hands. Think of all the good in the world they could be doing instead of polishing their wardrobe doors and bleaching their TVs.

wakemeupbefore · 21/05/2018 22:35

Why would one need to use Zoflora, isn't it a vile sweet smelling stuff that stinks forevermore? Confused

is it a euphemism for something???

PickAChew · 21/05/2018 22:38

I've been known to go over mine with a Dettol wipe but I knew wee the grubby hands that had been touching them had been previously.

YankeeDad · 21/05/2018 22:42

My wife would have me committed if she ever caught me bleaching the doorframes.

And maybe she would be right.
