Travelling too! Plus when we’re home, I’m going to wander into the utility regularly to gaze at the near empty laundry baskets.

I'm also travelling travelling and more travelling. Being able to hang out in a castle/pyramid/stately home looking at old stuff without my kid moaning will be BLISS!

Ours have fled the nest - well, ds1 has moved out and ds2 is at uni. Wed love to travel but are both in jobs where we only have 5 weeks leave a year so backpacking round Asia is out!

On the other hand, it's very nice to have romantic moments in tje living room without fearing that your teenager is going to walk in......

Ds can move home for short periods if necessary but no expecting his washing done until he's 30
