To think I'm more messed up than I thought?

I can't make a relationship last 5 minutes! I just freak out & run away.

Background: I've got BPD, it's quite bad. I've spent 2 years on my own. Just me & my DS who's a year old.

I don't know how to feel, what to think, how to act, what to talk about!

It's driving me insane! I don't know how to be stable mentally!!

You haven't given us much to go on!?😁 Are you looking for a relationship then? I don't think 2 years single is really so long. For a considerable chunk you were pregnant and then looking after a very small baby. Don't define yourself based upon your relationship status.

I'm so glad it helped. Grannon has a theory that a lot of people diagnosed with BPD actually have complex PTSD - he has a ton of videos about that. He has a website - Spartan Life Coach - and he is a fan of the book by Pete Walker called CPTSD: From Surviving to Thriving.
