You don’t wear knickers under running knickers do you? Or running shorts?

Admittedly I wear a bra under my running top but that’s because I am unusual in running circles in that I am a 30F and 50 years old and need serious stability, but knickers under running knickers????

You are going to get sweaty anyway. Keep several sets of leggins and use a fresh pair each run. That's why having a shower after a run feels like a reward .

I find I chafe more without underwear I do wear seamless pants under running tights though, or boy short style pants

RunnIng knickers - they are what you wear on your bottom half when you run. Some people wear running tights in very cold weather, or shorts.

I just wear my normal M&S microfiber knickers under my running tights or shorts. I don’t have special running knickers. I’m a very keen runner, also 50 (but a little less well endowed in the chest dept!)

I run lots of 5 and 10 k races, half marathons and the odd full marathon and I have NEVER seen any other runner wear those running knickers

Underwear for running is a thing though.....I believe the 'runderwear'brand is good but pricey

I wear standard M&S under running leggings. I keep meaning to try the decalthon seamless ones, but not got round to it yet.

No one, and I know a fair number of runners, wears those running knickers! Especially in March!

I have several pairs of 3/4 length running tights that have a gusset and I don't wear pants under them. I also have some 2 layer running shorts I don't wear pants under as the inner layer is a pant. If I'm wearing something like Ron Hills I wear pants.

I just wear normal knickers. You can buy “runderwear” but it’s expensive as as I have never had an issue I haven’t bothered.

Just do what your comfy with though. I doubt anyone else cares what your wearing!

God I wish I looked like Jess in mine but I’m 50 and have fat tits (hate them).

My knickers are a bit bigger than the ones on Jess in the photo - more coverage over the hips and bum. They are club knickers and I also wear a longer top.

Oh my word!!! Shoot me if I ever leave the house in a pair of those! I can’t even work up to just wearing a sports bra and shorts in the summer to run in - I like coverage!
