I'm so so exhausted. But need to pick up my children from school at 3.25. Wibu to have a nap till 2.45? Just wishful thinking really as I would be to scared of missing the alarm and over sleeping!

Go for it! Set an alarm, or 3

Have a nap! Set loads of alarms at regular intervals if you are worried.

Put an alarm on,and do it. I frequently find myself dozing around this time....I did miss the School pick up once and got a phone call from the teacher...never moved so fast in my life! Napping is good for the soul (just with an alarm on!!)

Maybe I should, I am literally dizzy where I'm so sleep deprived.

Go for it. I do it sometimes. I think I saw on a programme 20 min is meant to be just the right amount of time for a nap, as you don't go into the wrong type of sleep then but will feel much better after. Not sure how true that is but it does work for me.

Nap! Set 100 alarms! I used to nap every weekday from 2.30 to 3 then rush out for school pick up. Motherhood is exhausting!

When I was full time before children I used to work long hours and sometimes we would do all nighters and go straight into the next day (I wasn’t saving lives or anything dangerous) and the favoured method was a cup of strong coffee, then go to sleep, setting the alarm for 20min time. The coffee is meant to kick in just as you’re woken up so you don’t oversleep or feel groggy. It was called a disco nap by my colleagues.

Yeh I got up, had an hours sleeps then literally had 15 minutes to get out the door! Baby hasn't been sleeping at night so means I can't sleep and it's taking it's toll! Thanks for the coffee tip definitely going to try that.
