Sat having Sunday lunch today in a village pub with my DH & 3 DCs. Behind my husband was a family of four, two boys of about 7 and 3 with Mum and Dad. I took little interest in this family and got on with eating my own lunch, at least until I happened to look up to see the Mum digging around in her nostril with her little finger, followed by the other nostril before finally sticking aforementioned finger in her mouth and eating the treasure she had unearthed.
Boak Envy

retirednow · 18/03/2018 20:34

Thequeenisdeadboys · 18/03/2018 20:38

Aaaaaarrgghh !!

TenancyTroublesAgain · 18/03/2018 20:38

^ Um yes I'd say repulsed is the perfect word to see anyone, let alone a grown woman, eat their own snobs. Envy

letsdolunch321 · 18/03/2018 20:38

She should have ordered more lunch .... The dirty bitch

Flatpackjackie · 18/03/2018 20:39

I would have been repulsed too.

Why on earth would anyone do that?

Dirty cow.

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 18/03/2018 20:41

Minger.

DowntonCrabby · 18/03/2018 20:44

Mrsmadevans

Why is "boak" scorned?
I am Scottish and it's Scottish slang so maybe I am completely missing the point

Also OP, YANBU that is all kinds of wrong.

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 18/03/2018 20:46

Grim. Just grim.

PelvicFloorClenchReminder · 18/03/2018 20:49

Cow?
Minger?
Bitch?
I'm repulsed by the lovely misogynistic language on this thread.

Shinycat · 18/03/2018 20:50

That is vom inducing! BLEH!!!!!! Hmm
gillybeanz · 18/03/2018 20:51

I'd have said something, I really would.
Err look at that woman eating bogey's Grin
That one there and describe her out loud.
May make me just as bad, I realise.

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 18/03/2018 20:51

I'd call a man picking his nose and then eating his bogies whilst sat in pub a minger Pelvic.

frasier · 18/03/2018 20:53

Is "barf" allowed. I used it today and DS (3) has picked it up.

windchimesabotage · 18/03/2018 20:54

Really? People really care about this?? Goodness its not like she flicked it at you. Just stop looking. Life is too short.

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 18/03/2018 20:56

Just stop looking? How about people stop being scruffy buggers and go and pick their nose in the loo.

Tattybogle89 · 18/03/2018 21:17

I’ve never understood bogey munchers.
Of all the places the could put it. Why on there mouths?! It’s all the dust and crap that’s been caught in your nose hair to stop it getting in your body.. yet they send it in the quick way and eat it!!

What is wrong with boak?!
Eating your bogeys after all, is the boak

Tattybogle89 · 18/03/2018 21:17

“It’s not like she flicked it at you” 😂
Imagine

OohMavis · 18/03/2018 21:29

Ewww. Have to admire her in a way though, she obviously doesn't care what people think of her. But eeewww.

I am waiting so see whether you are going to get anyone saying 'YABU' on this one.... Grin

sleepylittlebunnies · 18/03/2018 21:36

Tbh I couldn’t get too worked up about it and would just look away. It would take a lot more than that to put me off my food.

PurplePotatoes · 18/03/2018 21:38

I saw exactly the same from a woman stood at the next checkout in Morrison's a few Saturdays ago.. I was nearly sick .. Envy
