Sit there - - >
And let me give you a good kicking.
It seems to be the day for it smile

StealthPolarBear Mon 19-Feb-18 15:19:27

WOHMs hold your horses. Your kickings are scheduled for Thursday.

StealthPolarBear Mon 19-Feb-18 15:20:00

Retired mums a week on... Monday
Women without children will be into March I'm afraid

correctpiece Mon 19-Feb-18 15:20:11

I'm here, loud and proud!

What am I being kicked about today?

glenthebattleostrich Mon 19-Feb-18 15:20:21

What about WAHM's?

DeadButDelicious Mon 19-Feb-18 15:20:54

What have we done now?

KalaLaka Mon 19-Feb-18 15:21:16

I can't, too busy making memories and being smug (allegedly).

StealthPolarBear Mon 19-Feb-18 15:21:23

Just the usual correct. Laziness, feckless ness... Have I missed any?
Glen my diary is filling up. Can't they sodding wait?

DreamyMcDreamy Mon 19-Feb-18 15:21:32

<kicks you back in the shins even harder >
Why are we being kicked?

Spudlet Mon 19-Feb-18 15:21:41

Come at me, furry-features!

[bounces around waving fists, Queensbury-style]
[trips over small child]

Ah fuckit. Brew? Anyone?

StealthPolarBear Mon 19-Feb-18 15:22:14

Of course I won't be kicking any men. They work so hard and changed a nappy once.

KalaLaka Mon 19-Feb-18 15:22:32

Only if it's cold and has been reheated several times.

StealthPolarBear Mon 19-Feb-18 15:22:38

<rubs shins>

Lostmyemailaddress Mon 19-Feb-18 15:23:04

LittleMyLikesSnuffkin Mon 19-Feb-18 15:23:23

Now now, we’re not “SAHMs” we are unemployed hmm

DreamyMcDreamy Mon 19-Feb-18 15:23:36

Well, count me in if it's to do with laziness.. It's half term here, mine are out with grandparents for the day and I've decided to sit on MN all afternoon and ignore the housework.
< awaits kicking >

Spudlet Mon 19-Feb-18 15:23:43

Of course! It may also have some stealth Lego at the bottom, but that just adds to the delicate flavour.

Battleax Mon 19-Feb-18 15:23:45

I feel allegiance to both camps, please can I take all my kickings now and get it over with?

FountainOfGerkins Mon 19-Feb-18 15:24:58

Reporting in for my kicking grin

TheOnlyPink Mon 19-Feb-18 15:24:58

Where's the queue?

No matter what you do as a mother it's wrong. Work full time, you aren't parenting your child. Stay at home, you're setting poor work ethic. Part time working mums are just doing it for "pin money" and they don't give themselves fully to either home or work.

Been a sahm for ten years now, I say fuck it. Do what you want, own it, and try your best to be happy. Fed up of all the insecurity. We are all doing our best.

Lostmyemailaddress Mon 19-Feb-18 15:24:58

Will i get an extra 1 I have 2 with sn who when in mainstream got stickers every time they sat down and focused for listening for longer then 10 mins ?
They are both at an schools now and still get stickers.

StealthPolarBear Mon 19-Feb-18 15:25:58

No battle you have to have the relevant appointment. Proof will be sought.
SAHMs will be asked to describe the detail of a low brow TV programme from earlier that day. WOHMs will need to show me a Skype image of their children looking miserable and neglected.

HotCrossBunFight Mon 19-Feb-18 15:26:04

I reaise this is liggthearted and im sorey to bring some seriousness to it, but has mumsnet always been so unkind? Do not understand why women get so worked up over whether other women work or not.

StealthPolarBear Mon 19-Feb-18 15:26:50

Hot there seem to be a suspicious number of sahm threads in the last week or so.

OlennasWimple Mon 19-Feb-18 15:27:32

<sits obediently on the naughty step>
