You don't overtake someone on a sodding roundabout. I'm sorry if I don't bomb down residential roads at school run time when there are a million parked cars everywhere making it difficult to see round corners and restricting where people on the other side of the road can pull in.

And im.sorry if I don't pull out on front of lorries and police cars

But you can't just go round and then turn in front of me as I'm turning.

How do you overtake someone on a roundabout? Do you mean you both went round in different lanes but took the same exit?

There were no lane markings I was turning right so was he. He went round me then turned right in front of me

There's always arseholes who think they're to spot opportunities and are proud of their vehicle handling skills.

I presume you were keeping close to the centre of the roundabout, he followed you on, then kept to the left as if he were going left or straight on, accelerated and nipped in front of you? He's probably on Facebook at this very moment talking about women drivers who shouldn't be on the road because they obviously lack the confidence to drive at normal speeds.

I've always worked on the principle that your driving should be predictable and shouldn't force people to make changes of speed or direction. Continuing round to turn right when you're not hugging the roundabout isn't predictable, and presumably caused you to do some sharp braking.

I cherish the memory of a guy who did some dodgy overtaking past me .. I caught up with him a couple of minutes later - his car was sprawled at a very odd angle across the central reservation.

That's pretty much it mer

It's a double round about with another round about a bit further on so in busy morning traffic if the main roundabout is backed up it filters back. One lorry waiting st the second roundabout and you can't go anywhere. It's annoying to have to wait sometimes but there nothing you can do about it do you just wait.

Clearly he's too important to do that Hmm
