I’ve lost a lot of weight recently but I still feel huge and that I have a lot of body fat

Would you look at me and think shock she’s so overweight?

Jaygee61 Sat 20-Jan-18 11:32:13

No I wouldn’t.

arnosgrove Sat 20-Jan-18 11:32:40

Erm. ...no. I wouldn't look at anyone and think 😯she's so overweight. I think you look great but does it matter what other people think ?

Rumpledfaceskin Sat 20-Jan-18 11:32:41

No. I’d think you’re slim.

Waffles80 Sat 20-Jan-18 11:33:04

No, I really wouldn’t.

Be kind to yourself.

Tatapie Sat 20-Jan-18 11:33:33

No way! You look slim and normal to me! Very flat stomach and definite waist. Congratulations on you weight loss, enjoy buying new clothes and don't compare yourself to some idea of perfection, you look great!

DratThatCat Sat 20-Jan-18 11:34:03

Not in the slightest. I'd love to be as slim as you! Feel proud of your hard work!

Although I think with weight loss it's just as much a case of changing the psychological side of it than the behaviours, and it can take a while to stop seeing yourself as 'the fat person'.

RoboticSealpup Sat 20-Jan-18 11:34:14

I think you look great actually.

PuntasticUsername Sat 20-Jan-18 11:35:13

Fuck no, I'd love a belly like that! Most importantly, you look healthy.

PootlesLovelyHat Sat 20-Jan-18 11:35:36

No, you don't look overweight to me. You have a waist definition but maybe just need to tone up like I need to.

Do you have any pictures of yourself before you lost the weight? Maybe that would make you realise what you've achieved. Focus on the positive not the negativesmile

BuzzKillington Sat 20-Jan-18 11:35:50

Not particularly. I should think you look slim with clothes on.

If you have recently lost weight, there will be some wobbly flesh to tone up.

HelloFreedom Sat 20-Jan-18 11:36:03

The only question you need to focus on is are you still overweight? Looking for other people's validation regarding appearance is a miserable never ending road. Trust me.

DancesWithOtters Sat 20-Jan-18 11:36:31

Hahahahaha! Tempted to post a photo of my belly to make you feel better.

GaraMedouar Sat 20-Jan-18 11:36:49

No - you are slim. I wish my tummy looked like that.

DriggleDraggle Sat 20-Jan-18 11:37:34

no. i wouldnt.

you look perfectly normal.

bit of saggage but nothing terrible.

my arse straddles 2 postcodes 😂

EverythingIsAwwwwsome Sat 20-Jan-18 11:37:55

Nope i think you look great too! Well done you.

gamerwidow Sat 20-Jan-18 11:39:26

You look a healthy weight but a bit untoned. Nothing wrong with that I bet you look great with clothes on.

Awwlookatmybabyspider Sat 20-Jan-18 11:40:30

Üith the greatest respect you're either fishing for compliments or you need help if you honestly hand on your heart believe you are huge. There's not a bit of fat near you.

MatildaTheCat Sat 20-Jan-18 11:40:52

When I lost weight it took me quite a while to identify as slim. I hope that’s the case for you because you are now slim.

Well done. Try to enjoy your new shape and dress to flatter.

Rumpledfaceskin Sat 20-Jan-18 11:41:16

I don’t think you look untoned or saggy!! I can see the dips of your abs.

HuskyMcClusky Sat 20-Jan-18 11:42:31

No, I would not think that.

Blackteadrinker77 Sat 20-Jan-18 11:44:44

You're not over weight.

You do have body fat, we all do and we need it.

If you want to reduce your body fat % you could look in to recomping.

ThisLittleKitty Sat 20-Jan-18 11:44:53

Her stomach definitely isn't toned. I wouldn't think it was flat by looking at it. But I agree probably fishing for compliments

Snowysky20009 Sat 20-Jan-18 11:46:48

I used to have a belly like that last year, then medication made me put on 3 stone. Now I'm off it, I'm slowly going down- so I am aiming to have your belly and waist in the next few months!

SheSellSeaShells Sat 20-Jan-18 11:47:01

No, you're slim. You're confusing not being toned with being overweight!
