Wtf is this programme? It's so awkward and ridiculous even my baby looks confused. I googled the presenters and they seem to be children's tv royalty yet they are so cringey together! There's no real AIBU except AIBU to physically cringe each time it comes on?!

Aah I don’t mind Show Me Show Me.
DS1 and I went to see Chris and Pui at our local theatre and a good time was had by all.

I’d rather watch that than some of the appalling animations.

ITS my least favourite CBeebies show! I find the presenters odd and a little bit too much! I also don’t like the characters (not like big ted and little ted of my childhood!!!)

It's growing on me as it keeps my twins entertained at 6am if they've decided to get up early!

I cannot stand it! I agree they are the most cringey presenters ever.
I don't let my little ones watch it.

@greenjojocat

I know it's so sad, he was doing children's tv when I was a child. Come on man move on!!

I love a bit of go jetters though!

Chris has the secret to eternal youth. It doesn’t look like he’s aged at all.

I love Show me Show me! We went to see them at the theatre too and they waited and had a photo and signed an autograph for every single person waiting, I thought they were lovely people.

My children loved show me show me. I think that type of programme with real people, though strange for adults, are really good for 1 and 2 year olds.

I completely agree. I would rather watch 6 hours of back to back peppa pig than 10 minutes of Show me Show me.

A friend of mine watched it with DD and said she thought they were just on drugs the whole time.

I have a soft spot for Show Me Show Me, it was back in the play house when ds was little and the toys songs were better, MoMo’s rainbow song was a bit nuts though.

I’ve tried getting dd to love it but it’s not the same anymore, she’ll watch it but isn’t bothered by it. I do love Chris and Pui though, they’re brilliant together.

And I remember Chris as The Anorak too back in the days of the broom cupboard.

Pui was one of telly tubbies. I think was traumatised by that years ago.
I haven't had to watch cbeebies for years thank God.

Chris got Tony Hart to paint a portrait of him back in the day. It's in the attic of Higgledy House.

I don't really like it and I can't tolerate most CBeebies stuff, but appreciate that Chris and Pui have done very well and it's probably got 'learning objectives' I don't understand!

crumbs Oh goodness, the Anorak!
