They dyed it blue!!!!

My 12 yr old went round her dad's and nans yesterday and has come back with blue hair. I would be fine if it was hair chalk or one of those one day things but they have only gone and died her beautiful blonde hair with semi permanent dye. I've looked up reviews for what they used and there is even news articles about how it ruins blonde hair and stay green for 6months. Aibu to be really pissed off? He just thinks it's funny and her nan just said "thank God I didn't do mine too"
