To think dd's teacher is too strict?

Dd has complained for a while now that her teacher is too strict. Dd says she always shouts and get in your face, the other day dd strayed out of line walking to assembly and lost her playtime, dd also says she sends children out of class for talking to stand in the corridor and never lets anyone go to the toilet.
