I ordered items a few weeks ago from the hut group. They arrived and were very disappointing and not as described.
There was no information with the items regarding refunds. I eventually was able to send them a message and they agreed to accept a refund, but would have to collect it due to the value (£116). So I’ve taken the day off and work and waited all day and no courier. I’ve emailed the company twice and have had no further reply.
Has anyone had any experience with them?
In my experience they have been dreadful and would strongly advise anyone from using them!
