To ask your advice on what to cook?

I have: linguine, salmon, coley, smoked haddock, chopped tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, garlic, chilli and onion! Oh and fish stock.

I’m feeling ill so want to make a nourishing spicy fish pasta - anyone have a failsafe recipe/some good advice?

Personally I’d ditch the haddock and coley and add cream. Sounds lovely!

Haha I’m a weirdo I know! Not ill ill, more craving veg as on the cusp of turning - does no one else crave chilli/garlic/onion when they’re ill?! Just me then 😂

Have you got Cajun spices? I’ve got one of those all in one things.

If you do, rub it on the salmon and pan fry to get a nice crust on it. Cook the fresh toms, garlic chilli and onions into a paste them flake the salmon into it. Add cream to your liking then stir through linguine.

Don’t use too much cream though.
