“The goodwill I have is almost 0”.
I am so cross. I have a very tight budget and spend £10 each month on a cap plan with 02 PAYG. Ran out of calls on Tuesday so renewed one day early with the £10.
Only to find out today that the cap plan did not renew and I just paid £10 for a single phone call to reschedule a NHS appointment.
I contacted the live chat for help and assistance since a genuine error had occurred. No assistance for me and when I asked if they could backdate my cap renewal or any goodwill gesture the response I got was. “The goodwill I have is almost 0”
AIBU to be appalled by this and now looking for a new phone carrier?
