I’ve only had 1 experience of food poisoning whilst on holiday in August. Once I was sick and got everything up then I could cope with looking after the kids. If you’ve nothing to do tomorrow and can cope with just chilling with films and a cozy day in then I wouldn’t ask him to stay off. But if your really ill and still being sick etc then no YANBU.

Hope your feeling better soon.

It depends really. I’ve had one where once everything was up I felt fine. But then I had a horrible on where I kept being sick about every half hour forever.

I had a sickness but and couldn’t make it upstairs in time so ended up calling my mum to come round and help with the kids.

If you are still being sick then it’s a good idea to have someone else look after the kids if you can and do not feel guilty about it!!!

I would ask dh to stay home - he always has done in those circumstances.

Ask him to stay home. You need rest and fluids. Flowers

He says he's going on a job but he is going to try to finish early! Another mum is taking my daughter to school. I want to die. 2 year old is screaming at me
