Best scary films for Halloween

Another vote for It follows! I'm going to watch it again on Halloween 🎃
For slasher you can't go wrong with the original Scream, one of my all time favourites even though it's a bit silly!

‘Halloween’ is definitely the original and the best! ‘Scream’ is fun and pretty scary in my (scaredy cat) opinion.

I haven't seen It Follows, will have to look out for that one, I think it might be on Netflix? Or Now TV. I've been looking for a good scary film to watch with DH - he's an absolute wus when it comes to scary movies, jumps at least a 100 times & that's not in the scary parts!! Lights Out is a good one.

I second the conjuring 2. - watching it tomorrow actually - really creepy.
If you can fine it, the original 'The Haunting' is brilliant. Black and white, made in the 40's I think.

Rec, a Spanish film, is really really good, but don't bother with the American remake (Quarantine). However the woman in Quarantine was also in The Exorcism of Emily Rose which is also a very good film.

For laughs, if you have now tv, Attack of the Lederhosen Zombies. Low budget, absolutely big names in it but silly zombie fun.
