To have a phone addiction

You may laugh but i really do and i need help finding ways to break away from it.

Does anyone else feel this way?

I really do. I can zone out for hours on it, not really doing anything though. And I have to check it every couple of minutes at least. I can’t watch films or tv programmes any more as I end up just looking at my phone, and when my dd dropped it somewhere in my bedroom and I couldn’t find it for about an hour, I literally cried. It’s embarrassing but I am genuinely addicted to it. So I don’t have any advice, sorry, but if anyone else does I’ll be interested!
