I work. We have 2 kids in which we agreed on before conception what would happen.

You are now the only one working, supporting yourself, your 2 children and him? YANBU to be very annoyed. It should at the very minimum be 50/50. You shouldn't have to support him because he's lazy.

I am not sure what to advise, he's a grown up, he should realise how much your family needs to survive, and that you won't support him!

I don't know if there's anything to advise. If he's not mentally ill, then you can't fix can't be arsed-itis. It's terminal, all you can do is get as far away as you can.
