I would love a lottery win.

19lottie82 Fri 22-Sep-17 18:43:49

Do you really have to ask?

Fruitcocktail6 Fri 22-Sep-17 18:44:38

I hope you're being sarcastic op!

PhatSlag Fri 22-Sep-17 18:44:49

Oh no, I’m sure it’s legit. Click the link confused

LegoCaltrops Fri 22-Sep-17 18:47:04

Ahem... probably a scam.

SandyDenny Fri 22-Sep-17 18:48:59

No, you genuinely will have won something you didn't enter.

Do you really not know?

AngelsSins Fri 22-Sep-17 18:53:26

I love that the EURO MEGA DRAW use a gmail account....

Awwlookatmybabyspider Fri 22-Sep-17 18:53:37

Namechangetempissue Fri 22-Sep-17 18:56:56

Oh no, it is real for SURE seriously?!!

VivienneWestwoodsKnickers Fri 22-Sep-17 18:58:53

Total scam, but it has reminded me to buy a genuine Euromillions ticket for tonight. Massive rollover draw.

TooLazyForDrama Fri 22-Sep-17 19:03:54

Definitely a scam. You've just reminded me though that I won a £1000 Asda voucher through a competition on the Morrisons website the other day. Funnily enough, they wouldn't let me have my winnings unless I purchased something. hmm

Redglitter Fri 22-Sep-17 19:06:13

Totally genuine. You'll probably be asked to pay them money to get your £2 million but it'll be worth it hmm

Tequilamockinbird Fri 22-Sep-17 19:06:55

Looks legit.

VeryCunningStunt Fri 22-Sep-17 19:09:28

You can very definitely be the actual real winner of a lottery you didn't even enter. Happens all the time.

SpareChangeDownTheSofa Fri 22-Sep-17 19:10:09

Congrats OP! What are you buying first? I would like a unicorn and then maybe a ride on a mythical dragon?

viques Fri 22-Sep-17 19:11:55

Is the +44 number a real phone number? you might want to edit it if it is!

kuniloofdooksa Fri 22-Sep-17 19:13:28

Op your actual real mobile phone number is in the image you posted, and the text of your op will make it clear to anyone who sees it that you aren't always going to spot a scam. You may wish to ask mnhq to delete it.

Bettercallsaul1 Fri 22-Sep-17 19:16:34

Why a mythical dragon, SpareChange? I want a ride on a real one! grin

Blatherskite Fri 22-Sep-17 19:16:36

Definitely a scam

OurMiracle1106 Fri 22-Sep-17 19:17:43

Those concerned about the number I'm guessing that's the number it came from feel free to spam it
If you send me 1,000 I can spend it for you? cos that's what they are clearly trying to do
But I will send photos of what I buy grin

SpareChangeDownTheSofa Fri 22-Sep-17 19:20:38

Bettercallsaul1 grin

FadedRed Fri 22-Sep-17 19:26:45

Can you lend me a fiver? Or better still a pony?

ClaraMumsnet (MNHQ) Fri 22-Sep-17 19:34:35

Hi OP, just letting you know that edited your pic to take the phone number out. We think it was the number the spam text was sent from, but we wanted to be sure your privacy was protected.

NotAgainYoda Fri 22-Sep-17 19:40:08

No, it's definitely real. I've won many such sums from people texting, emailing or snail-mailing me stuff out of the blue.

I am writing this from my private jet
