would i BU to suggest that Brexit is too important to be negotiated by one polictical party?

surely it would work better if we had the best politicians (that we can) to get in there and not worry which party they belong to?

YANBU. It should be a crossparty effort, with consulting from all manner of experts.

Don't be silly! The only problem with Brexit is with remoaners talking Britain down. If we all just believed and had faith in good old Blighty we could get in done and dusted in no time!

I would ignore BB. However we have voted for brexit and voted for conservative to lead and we have to suck it up and let them get on with it. Democracy baby.....that's how it works.

(Btw I voted for none of the above but believe wholeheartedly in democracy) 😘

Exactly! Democracy means that we should just walk away now! We don't need a cross-party group - there are enough remoaners in Cabinet as it is! The cleaner a break the better - who needs the world's largest single market on our doorstep, when we can sell jam and whisky to our old friends New Zealand, Australia, Canada and of course, India.

The sooner we leave, the sooner we can bring back Henry Hoover and spend that £350m a week on our NHS!

YADNBU!! I also think a cross-party group would be a really good idea. I really hope Best for Britain (the campaign group) put this forward as a possibility that we can suggest to Parliament. I would be right behind this.

Sure thing OP. All those politicians who campaigned for Leave should be part of the negotiating team - including Frank Field, Kate Hoey and Gisela Stewart from Labour. Sadly I don't think anyone from the libdems, greens or SNP will qualify though.

We should scrap it now. Total farce inflicted by extreme right wingers and sun/mail readers.

Union to avoid wars etc was a good thing... We seem to be going backwards and cutting ourselves off. I can only hope he younger generation and more enlightened vote us back in before too long.

I voted remain

We can't just leave, cut off the EU for goodness sake, we have to agree things like customs agreements, people movements, tax arrangements all sorts - it's like a divorce you dont just get to kick the other person out without having to agree a share (I say like most divorces I know some don't work like this)

Ok, if we just leave without agreement, what happens with the French stopping the illegal immigrants- they probably won't, Dover will be fun ...

Yes people forget about that i xannot wait for the dover jungle to appear as no reason for the French to shoulder the costs anymore let the uk handle their own boarder in their own territory.

Brexit will be very damaging no matter who negiotiates it. Although doing it cross party would lead to Corbyn being exposed as the snakeoil saleman he is.
