You meanie, forcing them out of their home because you think you are entitled to use your property as you please.

This is the dog grooming business parking on other people's drives, isn't it? There are so many CFNs out there!

Will there be a street party to celebrate?

Wow, I suppose that's inevitable. Had they not been such cheeky fuckers, this need never have happened, although having a growing business in need of parking was never going to work on a residential street.

Result, I would arrange a street party for moving day.
I guess they are planning on getting a property with suitable parking so they can continue business at home, I bet they don't like the cost of getting a commercial property.

Wow that's a brilliant result! What a shame that he has to declare the dispute with neighbours lets hope it means he gets nowhere near the asking price

I hope you will form a resident's committee to thoroughly vet prospective buyers of the property. You wouldn't want to go through all that again!

Wow! Will he need to declare his disputes with neighbour's?

Yes please have one - but make sure the long row of picnic tables block the street so the movers lorry can't get in/out!
