Getting married to DP next July.

I feel doing a choreographed YMCA, Macarena or ShaddapaYaFace would be spectacular. He disagrees.

We have discussed the possibility of omitting it entirely, but are still looking for common ground.

AIBU or is he BU? Any alternative suggestions?

What happened to just shuffling around in an embarrassed fashion to the Anniversary Waltz or other suitably waltzy tune?

I've never been to a wedding with a choreographed first dance.

We danced to a song which isn't a typical wedding song, but it had a slow beginning and then got faster. Was great fun
