What food takes you right back to being a kid?
Mine might be salad cream sandwiches on cheap white bread! Yum.

When I think of the days when going on a diet meant entire days of wholemeal bread, beans and jacket potatoes instead of declaring your house a carb-free zone, I get very nostalgic.

@Dandandandandandandan haha no! And butterscotch angel delight is the best thing ever in the world.

My fil often makes a selection of puddings when we go for dinner. There is usually a jelly, blancmange (!!!), rice pudding, Angel delight etc.

I hate most of them.

Also heavily pregnant at the moment and have been craving that weird chocolate custard you used to get at school. Even though I hated it!

Raspberry ripple ice cream (when it came in blocks & actually had ripples) with squeezy raspberry, strawberry & chocolate sauce on - the jif (or jifesque) squeezy containers shaped like the fruits.
