I should, and sometimes I do, but mostly I forget. I am the trying to find an ice coffee somewhere when I am desperate for something to drink.

Probably not the healthiest idea as I walk a lot.

VladmirsPoutine Thu 25-May-17 12:50:12

grin Yes I do.

Not sure whether or not Yabu grin

BeeFarseer Thu 25-May-17 12:51:51

Yes, I do. It's mostly to refill my toddler's sippy cup without having to ask anyone to refill it for me.

BuzzKillington Thu 25-May-17 12:51:56

No, never have.

I don't drink very much water, about one small glass at bedtime and that's it.

FlappyFish Thu 25-May-17 12:53:06

I carry water all the time. I'd spend a fortune on buying it otherwise.

user1491572121 Thu 25-May-17 12:55:01

I never did when I lived in England but I do now I'm in Australia.

I used to get irritated at people with their plastic bottles in the UK. Everyone here seems to have their own bottle cutting down on waste.

Coffeetasteslikeshit Thu 25-May-17 13:15:03

Not unless I'm somewhere it's actually hot, no. I'm in the UK and it's never hot enough to bother carry one around all the time imo.

specialsubject Thu 25-May-17 13:21:39

Yes . I get thirsty even on cold days.

Reusable bottle filled with tap water.

toffeeboffin Thu 25-May-17 13:22:32

I do, even when it's cold. I'm obsessed with drinking water.

SoftSheen Thu 25-May-17 13:23:41

I carry water all the time- tap water. If I didn't, I would spend a fortune on drinks out and about.

I live in a remote area of the US each car has a gallon of water, and food. we always have a water bottle with us also as we could well be stranded away from home for a night

MinesaPinot Thu 25-May-17 13:27:42

Yes, every day. A small Sistema refillable bottle. It can get so hot on our trains commuting to London, even in the winter. Have got a refillable bottle on my desk in work as well, and a couple in the fridge at home.

Aebj Thu 25-May-17 13:27:45

I also never did in the uk but do now I live in Australia!!! Waving hello to user1491572122!!
Mind you now it's dropped to day time temps of late teens early 20's I'm more likely to have a coffee ☕️

RhiWrites Thu 25-May-17 13:28:16

I do now. I'm trying to drink the recommended daily amount of water as part of being more healthy.

I have several of these in different sizes and designs: amzn.to/2qZX8IH

Bloosh Thu 25-May-17 13:29:31

I do. Use a Sistema bottle now to avoid too much plastic.

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser Thu 25-May-17 13:31:33

I have a little refillable bottle that I carry in my handbag. Not just in hot weather though, I always tend to have water with me because I hate having to buy expensive bottled water when I am out and about. Plus I commute to work so I spend a lot of time crammed into stuffy trains, having water with me comes in handy.

TriJo Thu 25-May-17 13:32:27

I drink a lot of water in general so I do tend to always have water with me.

Kokusai Thu 25-May-17 13:34:26

No.

It is not possible to die of dehydration in the 30 mins it takes me to get home....

It is even possible to last HOURS without a drink without dying if you have to.

OhDearToby Thu 25-May-17 13:35:50

Yes I do, especially at the moment because I'm very pregnant so the heat is not my friend. I have an insulated bottle and put in loads of ice so it's nice and cold.

It's just a habit really, make sure the dc's gave their water and make sure I have mine.

TisapityshesaGeordie Thu 25-May-17 13:39:57

You know what I'd like to see more of? Public water fountains. I think it would massively cut down on the dreadful economic impact of bottled water, and hopefully encourage people to drink more water and fewer soft drinks, just by being regularly and conveniently available.

megletthesecond Thu 25-May-17 13:41:28

Yes. I carry water all year round because I walk a lot.

Bubblesdays Thu 25-May-17 13:42:24

No I would hate having to carry the bottle around, I don't use a bag so if it doesn't fit in my pockets it's not coming with me for the day grin

BeautyQueenFromMars Thu 25-May-17 13:42:34

I try to these days. Not just in the heat though. I quite often get a very dry throat suddenly, which makes me cough (almost choke it feels) and retch. So I try to have a bottle with me at all times.

ZeroFuchsGiven Thu 25-May-17 13:42:56

I always have a bottle of water next to me.

pasturesgreen Thu 25-May-17 13:44:27

I do. Tap water in summer, flask with tea in winter. I'd be bankrupt by now if I didn't.
