Despite taking my deposit and being under contract to me for November this year Warner leisure phoned and cancelled mine and my friends holidays in order that they could hold a company conference on the dates we had booked. On rebooking with cheaper dates the bookings are coming in at £224 and £525 more. I've tried emailing and writing by recorded delivery to the head office and the CEO but am being studiously ignored. I don't think IABU to ask for an explanation and compensation for the change of plan which is going to spoil and has already spoilt the enjoyment of our holiday. Where do I go from here?
