Work issues, should I leave?

I'm a support worker in the community and currently 33 weeks pregnant. Last week they took me from the community and placed me in the office. I was ok with this as I felt initially safer as opposed to being on my own.

However I've been placed with people I know don't know and have to keep an eye on them and keep them safe, a lady I had last week got very fixated on me being pregnant and repeatedly said she was jealous and she herself wanted to be pregnant. I handled it as best I could but felt uncomfortable especially as she kept touching/poking my bump.

I was only just informed last week I don't qualify for smp, I was told verbally and didn't get a reply to my letter I sent in regarding maternity leave back in March.
I'm yet to have a risk assessment despite them knowing I've been pregnant from 8 weeks.

Now I'm torn, do I return to work and continue working with people I don't know and feel uncomfortable around or do I bring my mat leave forward and leave? I'm due to leave in 2 weeks.

If you don't quLify for mat pay do you qualify for mat allowance? How to you plan on supporting yourself while off?

You need to ask for your risk assesment as you feel equally uncomfortable in he office

I should qualify for maternity allowance, awaiting to hear back from the dwp.
Should have been informed at least a month ago so just hope it goes through in time.

I expect you'll be starting your mat leave soon will you ?. If you get a GP to sign you off your employers will most likely just make you start mat leave early.

Are you planning to return to this job after mat leave?

You can have sickness right up until 36 weeks before they put you on early maternity leave as far as I'm aware they can't force you to take it sooner but this seems to be the only option as I'm not able to give 28 days notice to start Mat leave early even though they've not even bothered to confirm this is my official leave date.

I'm not returning to this job, too many things aren't right. They've not even got any references from my previous job or have done any checks on me, I could be anyone for all they know.

Have you even expressed your concerns to your manager? What are patients/ clients even doing being in the office? Is it an office as in the office of a care home or something?
You are not sick, you need to speak to your manager if there is a problem.
