Ive won a styling session at the hairdressers through a fb comp. I haven't had my hair cut for years, hardly leave the house & never look in the mirror.

I don't even know what a styling session is ffs, all i know is it will take an hr to an hr and a half!!

AIBU in thinking its a ridiculous idea to even think about going?
I'd love to go but this anxiety is doing me in :(

I would guess that it's a wash and a style - blow dry, curl etc - whatever you want. Would taking a friend with you lessen the anxiety?
