Pregnant totally fed up and dh bought stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, he even put it in oven did chips all while input my feet up... (dd at nursery till 3 so only time I really get.)

Back to the story so I didn't have a drink so took four attempts to get my elephant bum off of the settee and waddle into the kitchen.
I heard something next thing I walk into the room and the fucking dog has taken my pizza Angry then I act like a 3 year old, actually that's insulting to a 3 year old! And burst into tears not wanting to eat anything else just sat sobbing. Dh comes running in and gives me the rest of his pizza, I didn't want to take it but he swore on my life he was full... I still think he likes me enough not to tempt fate with saying that kind of shit lol.

So the dog is no longer my friend, my dh is my hero for giving me his last slice of pizza(almost equivalent to last rolo lol) and I feel like a complete idiot.

Has anyone else pregnant or not had a breakdown over something so stupid???
Please don't let me be the only one lol

Oh bless you, that was a totally natural reaction (glares at dog)

It been a long time since I was pregnant so any tantrums of mine are lost in the mists of time, but I know for sure they were epic.

Have a nice Cwtch with DH, who sounds lovely, and plan something nice for tea.
Lock the dog out of the room while you are eating though 😊

Plenty of pregnancy meltdowns here, it's normal!
When pregnant with my 1st, DH left a cabinet at the top of stairs that need to go to the tip, I went over due it was still there, one day it tipped me over the edge, it was all his fault the baby wasn't here, it was all his fault I was overdue, baby knew the house wasn't really and wouldn't come out till it was. Then proceeded to sob for an hour.

It went to the tip that afternoon.

SootSprite · 28/04/2017 14:08

Totally normal. I remember being in mothercare, about six months pregnant, and I saw some cute baby sandals. For some reason they made me cry. Great galloping sobs. Poor dh was just stood next to me utterly bewildered.

I still own that pair of sandals, dd is nearly 16 Blush

My waters broke at 7 weeks, I was sent home for 6 days. During this time I was obvs wearing maternity pads, two at a time. DP was putting petrol in the car and I was in the passenger seat with the window open. He asked me to go in the station to pay and I started ranting at him out of the window on the forecourt 'Are you fucking joking...I'm going around all day wearing a fucking nappy and YOU want me to go in the shop cos you are too lazy to stand in a queue - useless bastard!'

He was mortified! So was I when I had calmed down

pinkie1982 · 28/04/2017 14:17

Edit**
Waters broke 7 weeks early...not at 7 weeks - sorry all x

rainbowgiraffe · 28/04/2017 14:18

I cried my eyes out because I couldn't do my coat up over my bump. I blamed dp for knocking me up. He wanted to take me shopping for a new coat but that made me cry more as none would fit me. I cried so much.

I rang DP in work absolutely spitting, hissing mad at him because he had eaten all of my dark chocolate digestives. All except the broken, dusty one at the bottom of the packet. I was furious! And then I got so angry that I broke down in tears.

Another time I came home from the supermarket bawling my eyes out. Proper snotty sobbing. Fell in through the front door, DP comes rushing out thinking something awful had happened - it had! Asda had run out of the Crunchy Nut Cluster cereal that I'd become addicted to Blush. He suggested that we could try somewhere else. I just wept and said that wasn't possible because I was too tired now and everything was ruined forever and I went to bed crying Grin.

pinkiepie1 · 28/04/2017 14:32

Aww thank you so much!!!!
Was starting to think 'well pinkie its official, time for the nut house' lol
It's good to know I'm not the first and definitely not the last. Grin

Sobbed while reading Hugless Douglas in Waterstones when about 7 months pregnant with DD1 Blush

1 month later I cried all the way through my nephew's christening (I was his godmother as well!) and my poor 3 year old niece was looking at me like WTF...

GoodyGoodyGumdrops · 28/04/2017 14:35

Awwww your dh is a keeper Grin

My dc1s school changed its uniform when I was pg with dc3. I totally lost my rag over the impracticality of the new uniform, campaigned against it Blush, and categorically refused to buy it. (Dc1 was more than happy to continue in the old uniform.) But of course I had to buy it for dc2. When I touched the fabric of the new jumpers I actually retched. The foulest coarse squeaky acrylic imaginable. I was in the school lobby and burst into tears over the whole business. I returned all bar one jumper for dc2 to wear until I sourced some secondhand 'old' jumpers. Until then I categorically refused to touch it, at all.

Oh I love these stories - hormones aye!?

I once had a complete and utter meltdown, and cried for a good hour, for no reason at all. DH got back from work to see me crying, and thought something was wrong. I just said 'I've had enough, I want to go home'. I was at home, and I was only 30 weeks - not like I was overdue or anything!
DH cheered me up with a take away Grin

isupposeitsverynice · 28/04/2017 14:41

When I was pregnant with my first I spilt my cup of tea putting it down on the desk. I was so enraged I hurled the cup at the floor where it shattered, and then cried like a baby for the rest of the day because it was my favourite cup. I still don't understand any of it and it happened eleven years ago.

TiredMumToTwo · 28/04/2017 14:46

Pregnant with my first, had very swollen feet and had bought some comfy (ugly) flat shoes to wear for work. It got to the stage that they were the only shoes that fit me so I wore them every day. Was sat on the sofa one day balling my eyes out because I hated my ugly shoes so my husband suggested he take me out and buy me some new shoes. I started balling even louder - I didn't want new shoes - why didn't he understand that??!!!!

Dorris83 · 28/04/2017 15:00

I got sooooo mad and sad at DH because he wasn't showing enough interest in Moses baskets... 😳

mrsm12 · 28/04/2017 15:46

My dh pointed out that my gums were bleeding, cue full blown sobbing.
Ordered garlic cheese chips from the drive thru, got home and theyd given me curry cheese chips, again full blown sobbing, dh offering to go back and a big long embarrassing rant of an email to the company, it got me vouchers at least!

sizeofalentil · 28/04/2017 15:51

I knew I was pregnant when I burst in to tears, and threw a trowel across the garden, because I didn't think DH was putting enough effort in to the mosaic I'd made him build on the garden path… Blush

CesareBorgiasUnicornMask · 28/04/2017 16:01

I'm 29 weeks pregnant at the moment and for about the last week everything has been making me cry. I have exams for the next two weeks as well so think the extra stress isn't helping. I'm listening to audiobooks of the Harry Potter series at the moment and a couple of days ago DH found me sobbing hysterically at the bit in Prisoner of Azkaban where Buckbeak the hippogriff is saved from execution Confused.

Smashthelookingglass · 28/04/2017 16:02

When i was pregnant, DH and i were watching a film. In the film lots of people were being horrible to a robot (attacking it, calling it names) and the people who had built it drove off and left it there. Well I sobbed my heart out and left the room saying I couldn't watch that poor robot being bullied! DH didn't quite know what to do with himself Blush

Maryhadalittlelambstew · 28/04/2017 16:17

Ah bless, pregnancy does weird things to us! I remember crying because I puked on my own feet when bending down to put socks on at 36 weeks, luckily DC3 made an appearance later that day! I also cried because my sherbet dip dab didn't have a lolly.

MieMoosMummy · 28/04/2017 16:17

When I was pregnant with DD I was absolutely obsessed with home made pizzas. I went to Tesco to find some pizza dough but to my horror found that they only had pre-cooked bases. I cried right in the middle of the isle and dh had no idea what to do. All of his suggestions made it worse!!

Booshbeesh · 28/04/2017 16:18

I couldn't open a jam jar. And i needed toast and jam to complete my day. But it didn't work. And i think I'm still recovering from that melt down 4 n half years on...

@Smashthelookingglass was that the film AI? Because I cry at that bit too and I haven't been pregnant in nearly 6 years!

whifflesqueak · 28/04/2017 16:21

I couldn't figure out how to reverse my car when I was recovering from flu.

wept and called dh to come get me. definitely shouldn't have been on the road.

WonderMike · 28/04/2017 16:22

I sobbed in Sainsburys because they only had bramble jam with seeds and I needed bramble jelly.

And at reading Puff the Magic Dragon and even Not Not Bernard

And for some stupid reason, I took the other DC to see Up when pregnant with DC4. I was wailing.
