Its fine, I think the blue on the walls is a bit cold but it can be painted. It looks like a nice size :)

It looks really nice but London prices always astonish me. You'd pay maybe a third of the price in the midlands and half a million would get a big 4/5 bedroom house with a large garden in an afluent area. It is nice though are you selling or buying?

Wow that's a pot of money for a flat Blush sorry probably not the response you want, but I'm not used to London prices!

Bloody hell m glad I don't live in London!
It's a nice enough flat, but Jesus, the price!

Good price for a flat of those proportions in Kentish Town
It's in a great spot being so close to the station but I'd be worried about the noise-that road is NEVER quiet!

It's a good size - how much is the service charge?

Great location next to transport. How are local schools? (As it is 3 bedroom)

Décor could be improved if you're the seller?

Looks decent from the floorplan etc..

DelinquencyMatters · 15/04/2017 14:23

Yes, I'd worry about noise as well as pollution with being so near a busy road.

It looks very small from the photographs and there is no storage.
Somewhere I would rent but not buy.

I think it is poky and boxy.

It looks a good size and well located. Agree the blue isn't such a good colour in there.

I would be the buyer. First time buyer, buying with a sibling and looking to rent out third bedroom (not sure which one we would rent out though).

I just love the random photo of a bedside table.

It was first listed 7 months ago - seems like a long time for a flat in that area in good decorative condition to be on the market.

Excellent location. The flat won't get much light because of the NW aspect. That's the only negative for me. Plus it's above a library - which is lovely at the moment but I would be a little nervous about it becoming a fish and chip emporium or something else with all the government cut backs. I'd check this out.

I really like it!

It's cheap for a 3 bedroom, is it ex LA? You'd have to get used to the road noise if you don't live on a busy road now, but great for the tube/Thameslink and bus stop, all practically next to the flat.
I don't see that library closing anytime soon either.

Well, one of the bedrooms is a box room so I think fine for 2 people but you'll struggle to get a tenant in as well. Also do you know the area well? That road is very noisy and busy with a LOT of traffic. It's well priced for N London, but so much so it makes me wonder if there's something wrong with it....

Hang on - it's been on the market 7 months already, at a low price for a 3 bed in that area, and hasn't sold? There's definitely a catch there somewhere....

ellencherry · 15/04/2017 14:40

Surprised how cheap it is what's the catch?

I agree with others... its been on the market a while and is suspiciously cheap for sonething that big in that location...

How much Shock

Report
StillDrivingMeBonkers · 15/04/2017 14:41

It's quite cheap though isn't it? Is there at reason it hasn't sold?

I'd think the EA was very inexperienced - with ridiculous photos of a bedside table, the dining table an unmade bed, a students den and a tube station!
