Its fine, I think the blue on the walls is a bit cold but it can be painted. It looks like a nice size smile

CaffeineBomb Sat 15-Apr-17 14:17:46

It looks really nice but London prices always astonish me. You'd pay maybe a third of the price in the midlands and half a million would get a big 4/5 bedroom house with a large garden in an afluent area. It is nice though are you selling or buying?

Bubblysqueak Sat 15-Apr-17 14:18:18

Wow that's a pot of money for a flat blush sorry probably not the response you want, but I'm not used to London prices!

cardibach Sat 15-Apr-17 14:18:48

Bloody hell m glad I don't live in London!
It's a nice enough flat, but Jesus, the price!

Stickaforkinimdone Sat 15-Apr-17 14:20:41

Good price for a flat of those proportions in Kentish Town
It's in a great spot being so close to the station but I'd be worried about the noise-that road is NEVER quiet!

DelinquencyMatters Sat 15-Apr-17 14:22:37

It's a good size - how much is the service charge?

Great location next to transport. How are local schools? (As it is 3 bedroom)

RandomMess Sat 15-Apr-17 14:22:46

Décor could be improved if you're the seller?

Looks decent from the floorplan etc..

DelinquencyMatters Sat 15-Apr-17 14:23:24

Yes, I'd worry about noise as well as pollution with being so near a busy road.

Littledrummergirl Sat 15-Apr-17 14:24:38

It looks very small from the photographs and there is no storage.
Somewhere I would rent but not buy.

user1489179512 Sat 15-Apr-17 14:24:41

I think it is poky and boxy.

Bluntness100 Sat 15-Apr-17 14:25:20

It looks a good size and well located. Agree the blue isn't such a good colour in there.

helpmedecideplease Sat 15-Apr-17 14:25:48

I would be the buyer. First time buyer, buying with a sibling and looking to rent out third bedroom (not sure which one we would rent out though).

I just love the random photo of a bedside table.

ParmaViolets17 Sat 15-Apr-17 14:27:24

It was first listed 7 months ago - seems like a long time for a flat in that area in good decorative condition to be on the market.

NavyandWhite Sat 15-Apr-17 14:28:33

It's a bit bland and soulless tbh.

CauliflowerSqueeze Sat 15-Apr-17 14:29:25

Excellent location. The flat won't get much light because of the NW aspect. That's the only negative for me. Plus it's above a library - which is lovely at the moment but I would be a little nervous about it becoming a fish and chip emporium or something else with all the government cut backs. I'd check this out.

FreddieFlowerdew Sat 15-Apr-17 14:35:55

I really like it!

IsadoraQuagmire Sat 15-Apr-17 14:38:07

It's cheap for a 3 bedroom, is it ex LA? You'd have to get used to the road noise if you don't live on a busy road now, but great for the tube/Thameslink and bus stop, all practically next to the flat.
I don't see that library closing anytime soon either.

FenellaMaxwellsPony Sat 15-Apr-17 14:38:42

Well, one of the bedrooms is a box room so I think fine for 2 people but you'll struggle to get a tenant in as well. Also do you know the area well? That road is very noisy and busy with a LOT of traffic. It's well priced for N London, but so much so it makes me wonder if there's something wrong with it....

FenellaMaxwellsPony Sat 15-Apr-17 14:40:04

Hang on - it's been on the market 7 months already, at a low price for a 3 bed in that area, and hasn't sold? There's definitely a catch there somewhere....

ellencherry Sat 15-Apr-17 14:40:14

Surprised how cheap it is what's the catch?

mummypig14 Sat 15-Apr-17 14:41:26

I agree with others... its been on the market a while and is suspiciously cheap for sonething that big in that location...

Bigblug Sat 15-Apr-17 14:41:32

How much shock
