One dog owner constantly letting dog foul on pavement outside school

We live next to a school, a dog owner from the street behind keeps letting the dog foul all over the pavements the school is on and not cleaning it up. I am disgusted and so angry about it. What can I do l? Who can I report him to.

Council or Dog Warden? There is often dog poo along the road next to my local school and that's what I will be doing when I find the culprit.

Oh that's not only disgusting but down right fucking rude and inconsiderate highly dangerous not to mention irresponsible.
Everyone knows dog shit can cause blindness. He must know he's letting it shit outside a school where little children are running ect.

If you know roughly what time the dog walker comes round often the dog warden will lie in wait for them .

Its illegal, let the local council know and they'll fine him. People like that wont stop till it hits them where it hurts (their wallet)

That is awful! Definitely get a video or photo of him.
I once had to tell a STOOOPID woman that her dog couldn't shit a playground once. I used to see dog poo every time I went in there and saw the culprit come and let the dog shit and walk off. When I asked her why she thought it was ok she said " it's not my dog and he's old and there's no signs to to say no dogs" I was like wtf!! Are you serious??

Odd it's always in the same place. If it's always outside the school he's probably annoyed at the parents hanging around at pick up or the noise from the kids. Some kind of isshoo!

This infuriates me. I live next to a school where my kids attend. There is always 2/3 dog shits in the 100 yard walk. The school is also next to a little field that is owned by the bowling club (old green) and they allow the school to hold sports there. People let there dogs in there and never pick it up. A neighbour of mine takes his dog across there everyday and leaves the shit. I picked it up and put it on his doorstep.
Miaow I feel like starting up a local Facebook group to name and shame dog poo offenders. Wonder if it would be effective????
