Dickhead Dsis has trumped herself!

I posted about my asshole Dsis under a different name about how she went mad at me for going to DAU & wasting NHS's time!

Anyway, so after the above I cut complete contact and had no intention of ever speaking to her again.

Fast forward to after my baby's birth, I decide to go see my DF so he could finally meet his DGS & my DSis & BIL were there, now my DF doesn't like arguing or animosity, he can't cope with it...is forever pushing us to be "friends". He asks me if I'd like to go outside with DS, thinking il be the bigger person & offer an olive branch in the shape of my DS.

Get outside she doesn't turn her head, I ask "would you like to meet your nephew??", her reply "no, I don't want anything to do with IT".

I cried (obviously emotional from hormones and what not) & tell her she's a heartless bitch and this isn't about me, this is about her meeting her nephew who was never involved in any of our arguments.

DF goes absolutely mental at her & tells her to go out, that he's had enough of the arguments, she tries to argue telling him how she's done nothing wrong.

AIBU offering her an olive branch??

flowers for you OP. You done more than expected. Your sister sounds like a cow! Hope you're ok xx

Should have shoved the olive branch up her arse!

I hate posts like this. How could you think you're unreasonable here. You know you aren't, so why post it on AIBU.

ohfourfoxache Tue 04-Apr-17 19:35:17

You've done all you can - just cut her off and keep her away from your DS thanks

haveacupoftea Tue 04-Apr-17 19:35:19

Shut up user, she obviously wants some sympathy and comfort.

PodgeBod Tue 04-Apr-17 19:37:38

She's a bitch but at least you can say you tried. Congratulations on your little boy op x

user1471517900 Tue 04-Apr-17 19:38:51

Fine. Yes your sister is a dick -obviously. It's the sentence at the end that's annoying though. pretending it's an AIBU when it clearly isn't.

BigBrownSofa123 Tue 04-Apr-17 19:39:51

Because she's looking for reassurance user. Why comment if you hate it so much?

Yanbu op. I've read a couple of your threads about your sister. I think you did the right thing and I would leave her to it now.

Just put all your energy into your baby. . Why would you want her nasty vibes around either of you??

SaltySalt Tue 04-Apr-17 19:42:14

user why you so arsed?? Leave the thread if you don't like it

Toobloodytired Tue 04-Apr-17 19:44:24

No user, actually I am asking as I wanted to know if I shouldn't have offered my sister the chance to meet her nephew.

Being emotional & having just had a baby I just wanted a chance for my son to meet his auntie given the fact he'd been rejected by his fathers family.

Rainydayspending Tue 04-Apr-17 19:46:40

Wow. She really doesn't deserve that olive branch (unless as suggested it's shoved somewhere dark and damp).
User. Drop it. AIBU has always been used for telling all the odd moment of jaw dropping crapness.

Toobloodytired Tue 04-Apr-17 19:48:39

Because of the way she reacted & referred my baby boy to as an IT, I can say now I will NEVER talk to her again, regardless as to whether she tries to mend things in the future.

I meant given how she is, was I pushing the situation??

All I wanted was a happy time given the fact so much happened at the birth & after, I just wanted support from her & whoever else in my family.

RustyPaperclip Tue 04-Apr-17 19:48:44

User because sometimes, when you are emotional and hurt (especially when family members are involved) you worry that your feelings are clouded. Add in a new baby and I should think OP just wanted reassurance.

OP, well done for being the bigger person and giving her a chance to meet her nephew. You've done all you can so focus on yourself and your son flowers

Toobloodytired Tue 04-Apr-17 19:56:39

Just so you are aware user, this wasn't months ago, this was a couple of days ago. My baby boy is 8 days old today.

Everyone is right, reassurance is what I was looking for. I just wanted everyone in my family to fall in love with my baby the way I did, I know realistically that wouldn't happen but fuck me it hurt to see her so cold heartedly walk away without even looking in his direction.

RustyPaperclip Tue 04-Apr-17 19:59:36

I know it might not mean much right now OP, but it truly is her loss to miss out on the chance to have a relationship with your son
