Bought house at 22

Okay so I know I may be being unreasonable . My DP ( were not married but have been together 4 years and lived together 1.5 years on and off due to him working abroad sometimes to enhance his career) he is very successful and has had a large inheritance recently. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree and am generally skint + will probably not get v much in inheritance and even if I did it wouldn't be for 30 years +. He has just bought us a central London 2 bed flat ( it's beautiful and I helped pick it and am so in love) but his parents have lent us £150k of the £650k amount so I will be paying max £350 p/m. I know I'm insanely lucky and if we break up he will have it completely even though I've being paying rent because it's less than I would have payed anyway in rent and it means I can save at a good rate - if we marry my savings will join the profit of selling our small flat when we want a family .if we break up I have had cheap rent. Many of my friends have in the last 1-2 years moved to London and are paying insane amounts of rent . I get this. It's so shit. I have invited people for a house warming party and invited anyone who I love ( known most since high school) and said they can sleep over and haven't asked for presents etc because I know they're struggling like most my age . Most have been excited and happy for me but some friends have gone really cold and said I'm rubbing it in or showing off my luck ( some have even said that I come across gold digger ish - even though when me and DP got together he hadn't had this inheritance and I never expected this). Additionally, He has said he would rather he payed and i waited until I got a job I loved even if it took some unpaid internships etc until I got a dream job because he can afford it and wants me to be happy. I know I'm lucky, I know it's unusual, but I didn't think I was showing off. I just wanted a party to bring my friends and his friends together and feel like a family and enjoy our new home together.i don't have a grad job lined up admittedly which could make me look like a sponge I guess- though they all say they don't see how I couldn't get a good job ( well idk why they don't want me either). Am I being unreasonable/ precious/ showy and rude and rubbing it in? I never meant to be. We would pay for all drinks and food and let them stay and maybe I would show them around because I'm SO proud of DP but I would never look down on my beautiful bfs. Idk ... AIBU?
