en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/100_Greatest_Britons

This is a list of the top 100 greatest Britons. Maybe something off the list?

I've had a proper look at the list. What about one of the Beatles?

Would they dress up as a soldier?
Without the countless soldiers who went off to war "GREAT" Britain wouldn't be up to much.
I would be inclined to think of the unsung heroes

DH says that James Bond is what makes Britain Great.

Brunel would be fairly easy or Churchill. One of the Bronte sisters or Jane Austen for a girl?

Sorry didn't read your OP properly, although your daughter could still be a Beatle!

Keith Chegwin would be epic. Can't believe he wasn't in that 100. He must have been 101st

Boudicca that would be brilliant, a blue face and a long dress and cloak

Phone them up and inform them that they've misunderstood the meaning of 'Great'. It doesn't mean wonderful, successful, etc. It's from 'Greater Britain' as contrasted with 'Little Britain' (not the comedy show). Google it.

Union jack t.shirt and a cheese grater. Tell the child to say you don't pick favourites. Job done
