Hi all - I originally posted in self employed/freelance but had no responses, so posting here for traffic. I've posted before about my job being an issue.
Basically I'm working for a company in a self employed capacity. My work hours are flexible though generally 9-3 and 8-12 so that's 12 hours a day 5-6 days a week. I do this due to being a SP and because if irs the school holidays, I am able to forgo daytime hours so long as I meet my targets during the evening, which means sometimes working till the early hours but I'm okay with that. I should add that I am expected to meet with some clients during weekdays which can be many miles away and causes issues for me with childcare etc.
I don't have a set wage, it's commission based. Some days I could make an average weeks wage in a day, others I could spend two days earning nothing despite all my hard work. It's a constant battle with tax credits etc as I'm poor one week, okay the next IYSWIM.
I have a degree and I was wondering if graduate home working jobs truly exist? Jobs where you are given a set wage.I obviously am not interested in MLM crap wink
Currently earning around 28-35K depending on client uptake, sometimes less than this.
Does anyone work from home in a graduate role? Don't want to go into specifics about my qualifications, but think healthcare management/consulting and it's along those lines.
