I've just had major surgery 4 days ago got home yesterday which was great o could go to bed and relax and start my recovery but oh no dp decides to drive 500 mile round trip to collect dd from my family instead of leaving her til Saturday my dd is special needs so needs a lot of care then he bogs off out the house all day comes home and expects me to start cooking as he doesn't have time as he needs to wash the car!!! I mean really!!! I'm seriously pissed and in agony aibu to tell him to go fuck himself?

YANBU. Is he normally this much of a twat. Leave him with no illusions how incapacitated you are. Does he seriously want you to potentially reopen your operation site just so you can skivvy after him? Does he realise what the potential dangers are?
Can you get help from other friends or family? Even if it means travelling the 250 miles. I'm sure they raised some eyebrows at him deciding to collect her early.

My family were relieved she was collected early as she is hard work but don't have any family near to help out either....he's not normally like this but he is seriously being a dick ... I have however ordered take away for me and dd he can learn to fend for himself!!
